Luxury Cruise Ship that’s so Good it Sold 70% of Tickets in One Day
The Seven Seas Navigator cruise ship isn’t due to set sail until January 2017, but within one day of tickets going on sales, 70% of the voyage was snapped up. With packages costing between £35,000 and £200,000 you may be wondering what makes this cruise so special.
Firstly, business class flights are included to Miami, where passengers will be treated to a one night stay and gala dinner at the Biltmore Hotel. From there passengers will board the ship, where they will sail across six continents, visiting 31 countries and 60 ports during the voyage.
This will be the cruise line’s first round the world cruise in six years, and one of its most ambitious trips ever. As part of the 128 day adventure, passengers will be taken to 29 Unesco World Heritage Sites, as well as enjoying perks such as unlimited champagne and internet access.
If you’re planning a cruise, just remember to invest in specialist travel insurance to protect you against a holiday disaster. Many standard travel insurance policies won’t cover cruises, so it is important that you find an insurer who will cover you whilst cruising.
Cruises can cost more than standard beach holidays, so it is important that you make sure the policy adequately covers your pre-paid holiday costs against cancellation. Furthermore, you should also ensure your policy covers things like cabin confinement, doctors’ fees, or missed port visits if you are taken ill aboard the ship.
