Policy Document Re-Send Request

When you purchase a policy we will automatically send your documents to you via email (please check your junk and spam folders). If you need these to be re-sent for any reason, or if you would prefer paper copies, simply fill in the contact form below and we’ll send them to you. Email copies should be with you within 24 hours, and posted copies within 5 working days (depending on Royal Mail!).

Please note, paper copies of your documentation will not be required if you need to make a claim. If you still need paper copies we can of course send these to you, but please think about the environment before requesting.
