At Holidaysafe we like to keep an eye on how changing political rules and regulations affect our customers, and so we are looking for travellers with two minutes spare to complete our quick survey about the impending EU Referendum. (Don’t worry, we’re not asking for your stance on the issue, we’re more interested in what effect you think a ‘Bexit’ would have on your future travel plans.)

That is why we are so grateful to all the amazing Holidaysafe customers who take the time to leave US their feedback about our products and services each month. Holidaysafe currently has an ‘Excellent’ customer satisfaction score on Trust Pilot, scoring and average of 9.0/10 for our sales, Claims and Emergency Assistance services.
Earlier this month we launched a family travel survey, with the aim of discovering how changing travel rules and regulations may have affected the way families travel together. The survey was a great success, with over 270 responses to our questions concerning travel trends and destinations.
As regular readers of this blog will know, every month we pick one lucky customer who has left comments on our Trust Pilot Review page, and give them a £15 Amazon voucher. Recently there have been quite a few changes which may affect the way families travel together, so we have created a quick 2016 Family Travel Survey to find out how these changes may affect our customers.
