Important Information for Holidaysafe Customers travelling to Belgium
Everyone at Holidaysafe was extremely shocked by the events which occurred in Brussels on the 22nd March 2016 and our sincerest wishes go out to all of the people and families involved in this terrible incident.
To help anyone either in Belgium, or anyone who has booked a trip to Belgium, we have put together the information below.
If you are in Brussels now
Keep in touch with your airline and follow any advice from Belgian security authorities. Security is likely to be high in public places and at events, so make sure you remain alert and vigilant, especially in areas with lots of people.
If you need to seek, or have already sought, medical attention, please contact our emergency team – Emergency Assistance Facilities, on +44 203 829 6745 as soon as you can, so we can liaise directly with your doctors and family.
We completely understand that this event may have left you wanting to return home early, in this instance you should contact your Airline or Tour Operator to see if they can assist you. If you have booked a trip to Belgium
We appreciate that following the recent events you may not wish to travel now, and so you should liaise directly with your Travel Agent or Airline to arrange either cancellation or a change in travel dates. Please note, Holidaysafe will be more than happy to change the dates on your policy (with no administration fee), if this is the option you decide to take.
