Whilst we have tried to design our website to be as user-friendly and informative as possible, we appreciate that sometimes customers prefer to speak to a real human being.
Should you feel the need to contact us, you can do so secure in the knowledge that all of the Kent-based team are specially trained, to provide you with the best service possible. You will be able to speak to someone who understands our policies, and who really wants to help you find the answer to your query.
Customer Service – the customer service team is available 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and from 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday to answer your queries and provide quotations.
Claims Team – if you need to make a claim, or have a query about an existing claim, our appointed claims team are here to help.
Emergency Medical Assistance – if you are injured or fall ill abroad, our appointed emergency medical assistance team are available to offer help and advice 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
