Discovery School Competition – Terms and Conditions

About the Promoter:

The ‘Discovery School Drawing Competition’ is run by Holidaysafe.co.uk.

Holidaysafe and Holidaysafe.co.uk are trading names of Travel Insurance Facilities Plc, 1 Tower View, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4UY (“The Promoter”)

How to Enter:

Entrants must submit the drawing of their dream post-lockdown holiday to holidaysafe@tifgroup.co.uk

Any entries received via an alternative means will not be considered. 

You must be a student of Discovery School, Kings Hill, Kent to submit an entry, and to win the prize.

Choosing a Winner:

On the 31st January, all competition entries will be reviewed by a select group of judges from the Holidaysafe and tifgroup team. The winner will be chosen based on the quality and, most importantly, the creativity of their drawing. The winner will be contacted via the email address they submitted their drawing.

The Prize:

The Prize for the best drawing will be a child’s camera to be used on their next holiday.

The Prize is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged, upgraded, transferred or refunded for a physical alternative. However, if we are unable to provide the camera, for any reason, we will choose a subsequent alternative prize of the same value.

Sending the Prize:

The winning child “The Winner” will be contacted by email by a representative of Holidaysafe Travel Insurance. If The Promoter (Holidaysafe Travel Insurance) does not receive a response from The Winner within 7 days after first contact, The Promoter shall deem the Prize as unclaimed and will select another winner.

The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the entry process. It is up to the Winner to make sure their details are correct before submitting them.

The Winner will be sent their Prize via post.

Legal:

The Promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the ‘Discovery School Drawing Competition’ terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant also agrees that their submission and first name will be used on Holidaysafe social media pages. The entrant agrees that The Promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
