I am delighted to announce that Holidaysafe has been voted ‘Most Trusted Travel Insurance Provider’ at the 2016 Moneywise Customer Service Awards! Now in its either year, the awards are an ‘authoritative stamp of approval’ from UK consumers.
As the name suggests, the awards aim to highlight the most trusted financial companies available in the UK market, and so they are voted for by real customers, who submit their feedback as part of annual consumer surveys. This year, over 24,000 people took part in the survey, making it their biggest ever.
The 2016 event took place on Thursday 9th June at the prestigious No. 8 Northumberland in London, where it was officially announced that Holidaysafe had been voted Most Trusted Travel Insurance Provider. Holidaysafe beat leading names LV=, Staysure, First Direct, Nationwide and M&D to the top spot.
Holidaysafe was given an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.67 out of 5, which meant it was officially the most trusted travel insurance provider in the UK market. Staysure came in second place, and First Direct in third place respectively.
