Today's so called 'senior citizens' are fitter and stronger than their predecessors, and 70 is definitely the new 40! However, as we get older, some of us may have problems obtaining reasonably priced travel insurance.

I cannot find Club 65 travel insurance, where can I find it?

That is because we have now integrated the Club 65 range into our Holidaysafe brand so that there are no upper age limits our Single Trip policies.

How do I declare my pre-existing medical conditions?

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (by which we mean any medical conditions which exist before you purchase a policy), then you need to declare these to us to make sure you're fully covered. You can do this by buying a policy online and using our easy online screening system, or by calling a friendly customer adviser on 0203 829 6765.

Is cruising covered on a Multi Trip policy?

Cruising is only covered by purchasing the Cruise Extension on our Single and Multi Trip policies. The Cruise extension provides cover for 31 days cruising during the 12 month life of a multi trip policy, up to the cover levels shown on the policy wording.

Can people travel independently on a Multi Trip policy?

All adults can travel independently on a Multi Trip policy, even if you've purchased a couple's policy, your partner can still travel independently. Children under 18 are not covered to travel independently, unless you have purchased our specialist Family Multi Trip Policy. (See the Travel Insurance Tab at the top of the page for more information).

How do I get medical assistance when I am away?

If you need medical assistance when abroad, please contact our emergency assistance team as soon as possible on 0203 829 6745. When you contact Emergency Assistance Facilities, you will speak to a member of our operations team who will be able to provide help, advice, and if necessary, refer you to one of our expert doctors.

Is there a limit to the number of days I can travel?

If you purchase a Multi Trip policy, we offer a choice of 31, 45 or 60 days per trip, depending on the policy you purchase. If you purchase a Single Trip or Longstay policy, a trip can be no longer than two years in duration. (Depending on your age and destination of choice).
